WAGA Sports International Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as WAGA) is the owner and operator of this website www.wagasports.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”). By ordering products on this Website, you agree to be bound by this Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase from this Website.
WAGA’s Return & Exchange Terms
Your contracting party for this Website is WAGA Sports International Pte Ltd (“WAGA”; also referred to herein as “we” and “our”). We are sole distributor of WAGA brand, and use this Website to market, sell and process the online order of products to consumers in the Republic of Singapore and worldwide.
WAGA’s Return & Exchange Policy
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made at this Website within 7 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please call our Customer Service team to find out how to process your return.
WAGA’s Exchange Policy
We do not exchange products purchased through this Website. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchased product for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returned products when the return is in line with this Return & Exchange Policy.
Damaged and Defective Products
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. If we determine there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:
- Obtained from a source other than this Website
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots or track pants for logistic duties or soccer shorts for swimming etc.)
To be eligible for Return
- The return process must be initiated within 7 days of order receipt.
- Items should not be worn and should be in its original packaging.
- Items with customised printing of names, numbers and logo are not allowed
- Clothing and footwear returns will only be accepted if the original label/hangtag has not been detached or removed.
- Head-wear, undergarments (Boxer shorts, panty and thongs) are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control; although once we do receive your return we will process your request as quickly as possible. We therefore require you to allow us at least 7 days (local) and 14 days (international) to receive and process your return.
Although WAGA will refund you your purchase price within 3 days (local) and 7 days (international) after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If you do not receive your refund within 21 days (local) and 30 days (international), please contact our Customer Service team to check on the status of our refund.
We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
